Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will act as a point of contact between members of the internal group and customers you work with to provide support to all parties and exceed the expectations of the customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage a specified base of customers.
Manage sales representatives and their activities around a specific region.
Based off of company strategy be able to execute a strategy for the region.
Support product management as necessary.
Provide top management with status reports as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Consistently look for year-over-year (YOY) double-digit sales growth.
Consistently look to increase profitable sales year-over-year.
Always look to grow customer base and sales.

Job Qualifications and Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and/or business or a discipline similar to these is preferred.
Business to Business (B2B) sales experience is required.
Account management experience is a big plus.
Five to seven years of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning experience is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills & a positive attitude will be great benefits to this position.
Demonstrated desire to continuously learn, drive, and ability to a team player.
Strong social skills that will help build client relationships.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the pace of frequently changing workloads.
Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet while contributing to a final solution for a job order.
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with creating sales strategies, account management, and building customer relationships.
Experience in managing a sales region/territory will add a great amount of value to this position.
Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
