- Support partners in onboarding and implementation.
- Lead day-to-day customer interactions across video calls, email and chat.
- Direct partners on how to optimize the product and grow their business.
- Provide insight and partner feedback to product, engineering, marketing and sales teams.
- Create and improve learning materials to support customers.
Customer Support Lead (San Francisco Area) Job Requirements:
- A relevant degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or success.
- Must have prior experience working for a SaaS company. E-commerce preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must be an autonomous individual who takes initiative.
