The first job of the Controls Engineer will be to support, design, install, and develop support for all of the company’s electrical systems and programmable logic controllers (PLC). The Controls Engineer will have to interface with a variety of professionals both internally and externally in order to achieve different objectives of the position. Additionally, the Controls Engineer will contribute to engineering training to other professionals within the organization. The Controls Engineer will be a part of the Project Engineering Department and will report to the Project Engineering Manager at the greater Battle Creek, Michigan site. The Controls Engineer will be managing no one directly at the greater Battle Creek, Michigan site.
Battle Creek Controls Engineer Job Opening
- For this job, the Controls Engineer will come up with and install software and user interfaces, as well as data collection systems for various sites.
- The Controls Engineer will analyze schematics from vendors and translate them into project schematics.
