A prominent manufacturer in the aerospace industry is seeking a VP of Sales and Marketing in the greater Los Angeles, California area.
LA VP of Sales and Marketing Job Opening
- Build cohesive and aligned leadership team that establishes and achieves aggressive stretch targets.
- Ensure productive working relationships with other functional teams.
- Deploy and sustain initiatives in the area of Business Development, customer services and sales.
- Evolve processes, organization, and strategy to position the business for growth by identifying market trends, opportunities, and Voice of Customer.
- Work with GMs to create an integrated budding team to develop winning strategies to secure repeat and new business.
VP of Sales and Marketing (LA area) Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related is required.
- At least 15 years of experience in business development, or operational experience with a proven track record of developing a robust pipeline and generating new business opportunity.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, sales and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic analysis experience.
- Enjoys coaching and leading staff and sales force to achieve objectives in a team environment.
