Human Resources Manager (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:
- At least five years of job experience in Human Resources, preferably a plant or factory setting.
- A four year degree from a college or university in a field directly related to Human Resources.

- Exceptional communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in person.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people comfortably.

- Self-motivated and able to work with very little supervision.
- Comfortable working for extended periods standing, sitting, walking, crouching, and performing repetitive tasks.
