• The Human Resources Manager will organize and oversee the staffing processes through recruiting, talent evaluation, interviews, and selection at the Detroit, Michigan site.
• The Human Resources Manager will advise managers on candidates.

Human Resources Manager (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:

• At least five years of job experience in Human Resources, preferably a plant or factory setting.
• A four year degree from a college or university in a field directly related to Human Resources.
• A thorough knowledge of labor and employment law is required for this job.
• An understanding of and a devotion to confidentiality is needed for this job.
• Exceptional communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in person.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of people comfortably.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and prudent judgment.

• Self-motivated and able to work with very little supervision.
• Comfortable working for extended periods standing, sitting, walking, crouching, and performing repetitive tasks.
