The Quality Engineer will be the point person for the entire Quality system. This position will develop and refine the quality checking procedures and develop solutions to rectify manufacturing issues. The Quality Engineer will direct the quality technicians and ensure that manufactured products meet ISO/TS standards. Prior experience in a quality role is incumbent for this position. The Quality Engineer should also have familiarity with customer contact, production part approval process (PPAP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), measurement system analysis (MSA), advanced product quality planning (APQP), failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), quality of service (QOS), Eight Disciplines problem solving, among other concepts.

  • Design layouts and perform quality tests on products in line with Production Part Approval Process.
  • Perform tests on parts and products throughout the process, observing functional, dimensional, and physical properties.

  • Field concerns regarding product quality from both customers and internal personnel.
