  • A four year degree from an accredited institution in an engineering or business field.
  • Four to seven years of automotive experience.
  • Strong sales experience.
  • Three years of technical or engineering experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office suite of software, Outlook, excel, powerpoint, etc.
  • Understanding of automotive OEM sourcing.
  • Able to build strong relationships with personnel top to bottom in an organization.
  • Exceptional presentations skills, able to make strong persuasive pitches.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team.
  • An exceptional level of technical aptitude and understanding of technical principles.
