Washington, DC Production Supervisor Overview:
The Production Supervisor, to be located outside of Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily production of doors. This includes oversight of production personnel, materials, and equipment. The Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD area Production Supervisor will manage employees by assigning specific production tasks and establishing an understanding of task responsibilities and expectations. This job will also ensure that production goals are met by adjusting procedures as needed. The Production Supervisor will also address any conduct/performance issues with employees and administer corrective action as required. Ultimately, the Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD region Production Supervisor will maintain production goals while promoting a culture of safety.
Washington, DC Production Supervisor Job Opening:
- The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the overall production of the company’s door products.
