We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing efficiency, process improvement, and operational performance. This role will analyze production processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Position Responsibilities
Process Improvement
- Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Analysis & Optimization
- Collect and analyze operational data to evaluate process performance.
- Develop reports and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Evaluate resource utilization, production capacity, and workflow efficiency.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to manufacturing processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams on improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new equipment, processes, and production methods.
- Assist with root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or process improvement preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE).
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE).
- Relevant quality or continuous improvement certifications.
