  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university is required for this job.

  • Ensure that products meet customers’ quality requirements as requested.
  • Oversee that all proper document control practices are followed.
  • The Quality Manager will formulate and implement projects to move the filing system onto an electric system.
  • Assist the Plant Manager with support in company’s safety and environmental efforts as well as audits.
  • The Quality Manager will oversee the tool calibration program at the Toledo, Ohio site.
Quality Manager (Toledo Area) Job Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science related discipline is required for this job.
  • A minimum of two years of experience overseeing a quality system including document control.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, especially instructions and procedures that are technically sound yet readable.
  • A thorough knowledge of ISO 9001.
  • Great familiarity with configuration management.
  • Demonstrated history of checking GD&T of a product against technical specifications.
  • Understanding of how to inspect sheet metal formed parts, machined parts, and welded assemblies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office, ERP software, software for technical drawings, etc.
  • Experience with CMM, Solidworks for 3D CAD models.
  • Experience implementing ISO 9001 or AS 9100.

  • The Sales Manager must lead by example and support all sales staff in maintaining and building on strong customer relationships.
  • The Sales Manager will work on sales opportunities, to nurture the customer through the whole process start to close on opportunities that may include:
    • Having to prepare proposals and presentations that must be delivered in person and/or over web meeting with customers.
  • Provide guidance to sales staff to provide estimates, monitor follow-ups, and close the sales.
  • The Sales Manager must provide insight to operations, engineering, and marketing departments regarding customer needs and wants to pursue, and seeing which of these results will result in continuous improvement.
  • Aid operations and engineering at the Toledo, Ohio site to obtain all necessary documents related to order fulfillment, specified by the customer purchase order.
  • The Sales Manager is responsible for tracking key performance indicators, identifying the issues, and making necessary adjustments to improve.
  • Document and maintain all standard operating procedures at the Toledo site for the staff’s processes per ISO 9001 requirements.
Sales Manager (Toledo Area) Job Requirements:
  • Must have a 4-year degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of job experience in industrial sales.
  • At least 5 years of job experience in a leadership role, with direct reports.
  • A proven record of increased sales and the demonstrated ability to close sales.
  • Ability to deliver proposals and presentations.
  • Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and how to read drawings.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP software basics.
  • Must be a highly effective and exceptional communicator both verbally and written.
  • The ability to lead conversation and manage situations, with confidence to resolve issues at all levels of the organization.
  • Previous sales manager experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% outside of Toledo, Ohio and in the United States.
