  • At least 15 years of experience in business development, or operational experience with a proven track record of developing a robust pipeline and generating new business opportunity. 
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, sales and influencing skills. 
  • Strong business acumen and strategic analysis experience. 
  • Enjoys coaching and leading staff and sales force to achieve objectives in a team environment.
