Houston Sr Demand Planning Analyst Overview:
The Houston, Texas based Sr Demand Planning Analyst will be responsible for determining necessary product stock to meet business goals. The Senior Demand Planning Analyst, located in the Houston, Texas area, will track and analyze the quarterly demand for sales units. In this job, the Demand Planning Analyst will utilize statistical analyses to forecast customer demand for future quarters. The Senior Demand Planning Analyst will also track weekly sales and product demand to modify quarterly plans as needed. Additionally, this job will require excellent communication with both materials management and logistics to determine optimal inventory levels and ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs.
Houston Sr Demand Planning Analyst Job Opening:
- This job will be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales and product demand and developing and implementing plans to meet future demand.
- The Senior Demand Planning Analyst will utilize statistic forecasting to estimate future customer needs and plan production.
- This job will assist in determining which products need to be in stock to best meet customer needs and business goals.
- Track weekly sales progress in order to modify or adjust quarterly plans as needed.
- This role will also be an important modality for communication of sales and inventory plans and status.
Sr Demand Planning Analyst (Houston Area) Job Requirements:
- This job requires a four-year degree from an accredited university.
- The Demand Planning Analyst should also have previous analytical and statistical experience along with project management skills.
- Excellent planning skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work with deadlines, are mandatory for this job.
- This job also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong business acumen.
