  • Responsible for the accounting operations of the company, which includes proper maintenance of accounting records. 
  • Controller is responsible for cash and risk management and should carry out daily activities with risk mitigation in mind.  
  • Ensures that all reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.  
  • Oversees the entire accounting department to ensure goals and objectives are met. Also responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations.  
  • Ensures accuracy of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, chart of accounts, and bank reconciliations.

  • The Production Control Supervisor requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is a necessity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management would be strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience working in a logistics role.
  • A minimum of two years serving in a leadership position related to warehousing and/or shipping and receiving.
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) quality standards, packaging systems, and guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Familiar with using computers and certain software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), MAPICs, and AS400.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage overlapping priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to keep and maintain documents and records.
