Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree qualifications in Engineering, with varying experience levels based on degree attained (Master’s: 10 years, Bachelor’s: 12 years, Associate’s: 15 years). Alternatively, 20 years of pertinent experience in manufacturing engineering can be considered.
  • Proven experience in sectors like Aerospace, Defense, Medical, or other stringent industries.
  • Demonstrable skills in the creation and testing of mechanical assemblies.
  • Expertise in designing manufacturing workflows centered around assembly and testing prerequisites.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, determining causative factors, and deploying corrective solutions.
  • Green belt certified in Six Sigma and Lean paradigms or an equivalent standing.
  • Acquaintance with testing equipment, data comprehension, and signal interpretation.
  • Track record in product realization, journeying from conceptualization through to production.
  • Experience in process amplification and cost minimization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GD&T, schematics, and pertinent testing tools.
  • Collaborative team player, equipped to train and steer fellow team members.

Desirable Qualifications:
