- The Director of Operations must act as the liaison between all internal stakeholders, providing updates on benchmark progress and strategies being enacted to ensure timely and proper completion.

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is required for this Los Angeles job.

- Consumer product industry (cut & sew, plush, printed packaging, and injection molded plastics) experience is preferable.

- Managed a staff of at least 15 with a minimum of 5 direct reports.
- Experience working with overseas vendors and internal resources.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a high level of confidence.
- Great organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the details.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, flexible, ever-changing environment.
- Project Management Professional certification is preferable.
- Good computer skills.
