Denver Project Manager Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading innovation workflow, process improvement, and the project management team as part of global product development. This job will develop and drive project management culture and innovation at a high level in the Denver area plant. The Project Manager will develop and deploy innovation PM systems in addition to maintaining and adjusting standard template designs and stage gate workflow guidelines as necessary based on corporate and stakeholder standards.

• This job is responsible for leading process improvement and equipment innovation initiatives for the Denver area plant.
• The Project Manager works with project teams, business case development teams, and finance analysts and representatives to ensure the cost modeling and business case documentation and creation.
• The Project Manager leads efforts of the Denver regional innovation sales and implementation managers working with the business development and engineering teams to support sales and enable innovation activities.
• This job will lead innovation governance meetings at the Denver area plant.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for refinement, maintenance, and deployment of stage gate process workflows and document templates. 

Project Manager (Denver Area) Job Requirements: 

• This job requires a four-year degree from an accredited degree granting institution.
• Candidates for this job must have a minimum eight to ten years experience in project management.
• This job requires strong working experience and knowledge of stage gate project management software.
• MBA is preferred.
• PMI certification is preferred.
