  • Ensure the product development occurs according to the schedule and that deadlines are met.
  • Manage product development and ensure that the budget is not exceeded.
  • The Philadelphia Pennsylvania Senior Product Manager will work closely with production as the prototype is developed and the product moves into full production for launch.
  • Ensure that the product meets all quality standards of both the company and the customer.

Senior Product Manager (Philadelphia Area) Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering in engineering is required for this job.
  • At least five to seven years of related experience.
  • At least four years of experience designing automotive components.
  • Strong level of familiarity with powertrain products.
  • Great organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and checkpoints.
  • Lean/Six Sigma training would be preferable for this position.
  • Detail oriented, familiar with quality manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of metal and plastics manufacturing.
