Detroit Plant Forman Overview:

The Plant Foreman oversees the activity of the shop floor and works as an avenue for communication between program managers and the Detroit shop employees. The Plant Foreman should have a wide range of technical knowledge and able to operate a number of tools/machines. This Detroit, Michigan job is partially technical direction but also partially administrative.
