The main job of the Assistant Manager of Distribution will be to enhance the wholesale goods division, as well logistics operations at the corporate level of the company at the Dallas, Texas location, where the company is headquartered. He or she will need to manage shortage claims while spearheading continuous improvement projects. For this job, the Assistant Manager of Distribution will be a part of the logistics department at Dallas, Texas, will manage several warehouse associates, and will report directly to the company’s Distribution Manager. Additionally, he or she will support the Director of Product Resources as necessary.

• The Assistant Manager of Distribution will manage various damage and product shortage claims while working out of the Dallas, Texas headquarters.
• For this job, he or she will assistant the Manager of Distribution and Logistics on various jobs as necessary.
• The Assistant Manager of Distribution will also need to process claims for stolen or damaged equipment.
• The Assistant Manager of Distribution will periodically need to inter=face with vendors to ensure that optimum funds are retrieved.
• There is little travel outside of Dallas, Texas that is required for this job.
• The Assistant Manager of Distribution will take on any additional jobs as necessary.

Assistant Manager of Distribution (Dallas Area) Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of logistics knowledge and experience is required for this job.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this job.
