- The Warranty Analyst Specialist will proactively manage repair and overhaul services out of the Dallas, Texas site.
- Review technical data and publications for potential warranty claims.
- Identify and review new sources of supply.
- Monitor process improvements and initiatives to meet objectives.
- Train and support Repair and Warranty personnel in standard operating procedures.
- Update documentation and database with warranty information.
- Monitor operator support and service agreements.
- Support Warranty Department objectives to ensure alignment with regulations.
- Follow all procedures to submit warranty claims.
- Document reasons for warranty submissions.
- Liaise across multiple departments to review customer information and ensure warranties are granted for valid reasons.
- Review various internal and external metrics for potential claims.
- Provide support to other service functions as needed.
Warranty Analyst Specialist (Dallas Area) Job Requirements:
- Four year degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, production, or repairs.
- Time and performance management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and ambition

- Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
