Wichita, Kansas Principal Research and Development Engineer Job Opening
- Lead new technology and manufacturing readiness levels of the thermoplastics division.
- Develop and advise in the process of prototyping, risk reductions, verifications, and validations.
- Create technical roadmaps and R&D programs to meet the business unit’s short and long-term objectives.
- Independently plan work activities while providing technical leadership and collaboration as needed.
- Communicate plans and evaluations on future bids and proposals.
Principal Research and Development Engineer (Wichita, Kansas Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
- At least 8 years of experience with PEEK, PAEK, PEKK, PPS, or Polyimides.
- Induction or resistance welding experience preferred.
- Aerospace and Automotive experience preferred.
- US Citizenship Required.
