- This job provides technical oversight over the execution of protocols for container closure systems and fill-finish processing.
- The Process Director will implement improvements to existing container closure systems and new product innovation.
- Build, lead, and manage teams overseeing fill-finish process development.
- Evaluate products to assure they meet vendor, customer, and market requirements.
- Provide pharmaceutical processing and parenteral processing expertise in the development of a new parenteral processing facility.
- Provide technical expertise to enhance product development from concept to end use.
Process Director (Philadelphia Area) Job Requirements:
- This role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in process, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience of 15 years or more in parenteral process manufacturing.
- Previous management experience is required (7+ years).
- Ability to communicate in German, French, and/or Japanese is beneficial.
- Travel (25-40%) is also required.
