Philadelphia Continuous Improvement Engineer Overview:

This position requires a continuous improvement candidate that has had experience dealing with plant maintenance personnel. This job also requires a candidate who is able to gather and interpret key data metrics in order to improve all processes as required. Other duties as include review of manufacturing plant assets, identification of critical equipment and critical spare parts to ensure proper focus on providing essential spare parts to be stocked and tied to specific assets. A candidate that has experience with lean methodologies, such as six sigma, will be preferred to a job applicant without. 

Philadelphia Continuous Improvement Engineer Job Opening

• For this job, the Continuous Improvement Engineer will need to have had experience with different lean methodologies, such as Six Sigma
• The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be in charge of improving the process and efficiency of the company

Continuous Improvement Engineer (Philadelphia Area) Job Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering or Continuous Improvement is required for this position
• Candidates must have prior experience with lean methodology
• A strong candidate will have an extensive background in process improvement
• Project management experience is seen as a plus
• A strong candidate will have considerable experience directing continuous improvement initiatives and strategy
• A Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
