Nashville Quality Manager Overview:
The Quality Manager’s first job is to set organizational vision and strategy for the Quality department at the greater Nashville, Tennessee location. He or she will need to strategize continuous improvement initiatives and champion them for the company. The Quality Manager will work with the quality team to conduct corrective and preventative actions for quality issues that would arise at different locations. The Quality Manager will report to the Nashville plant’s Operations Director for this job. Additionally, the Quality Manager will manage several Quality Coordinators.

- The Quality Manager will conduct root cause analysis on different products and processes while working out of the Nashville, Tennessee plant to diagnose quality issues that arise.
- The Quality Manager will develop and maintain the supplier quality program that enacted best practices.
- The Quality Manager will head up the ISO program for multiple manufacturing facilities at the great Nashville, Tennessee location.
- The Quality Manager will collaborate with other department heads in order troubleshoot design and performance issues of various products.

Quality Manager (Nashville Area) Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business-related field is required for this job.
- At least 6 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
