We’re on the hunt for a seasoned VP of Program Management who will directly report to the CFO and actively collaborate with senior leadership.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a holistic program management strategy mirroring the firm’s objectives.
  • Establish a robust program governance framework, promoting consistency and accountability.
  • Direct a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business aspirations.
  • Deliver leadership to project managers, nurturing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Regularly evaluate project performance, optimizing strategies as required.
  • Identify and integrate process enhancements and best practices in program management.
  • Monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and clarity in financial reporting.
  • Champion end-to-end project lifecycle ownership.
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.
  • Lead diverse project teams, fostering a united and driven working environment.
  • Consistently communicate with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Oversee complex initiatives spanning multiple business domains.
  • Spearhead the Change Management function, from initiation to continuous support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years in program management roles, with a history of managing projects with budgets over $2 million.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in leading multifaceted teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse project management methodologies.
  • Analytical skills with an emphasis on data interpretation for informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall.
  • Past experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CA Clarity PPM.
  • Residency in Houston or willingness to relocate.

Desirable Skillsets:

  • Over 10 years of financial leadership, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Adeptness in understanding business operations and supporting financial frameworks.
  • Established network in the real estate domain.
  • Proven management skills for large projects over $5 million.

The Material Planning Manager is responsible for meeting service, cash, and cost objectives while working logistics out of the greater Houston, Texas location. Additionally, he or she will be leading customer order fulfillment at the Houston site. The Material Planning Manager must lead and mentor a team and will have full management responsibilities over them. This particular role will be based out of greater Houston, but will have inventory and order fulfillment responsibilities for 5 sites and a budget that is several million dollars.

Houston Material Planning Manager Job Opening

  • For this job, the Material Planning Manager will deliver on monthly inventory and fulfillment metrics for multiple fulfillment sites.
  • For this job, the Material Planning Manager will meet S&OP metrics.
  • Additionally, the Material Planning Manager will conduct reviews on a quarterly and monthly basis for the raw material planners and analysts while on-site.
  • The Material Planning Manager will serve as a voice of the customer while going through day-to-day operations to help improve customer relations.
  • This role will involve training the material planners and analysts. 
Material Planning Manager (Houston Area) Job Requirements:
  • A 4-year degree in a business-related or supply chain field is strongly required for this job.
  • At least 7 years of logistics management experience is required for this job.
  • Strong leadership and training ability.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus for this job.
