We’re on the hunt for a seasoned VP of Program Management who will directly report to the CFO and actively collaborate with senior leadership.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years in program management roles, with a history of managing projects with budgets over $2 million.
Proven leadership capabilities with experience in leading multifaceted teams.
In-depth knowledge of diverse project management methodologies.
Analytical skills with an emphasis on data interpretation for informed decision-making.
Proficiency in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall.
Past experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CA Clarity PPM.
Residency in Houston or willingness to relocate.
