The Quality Manager will collaborate with the Detroit job site’s Manufacturing Manager in order to implement a best-in-class manufacturing system that continues to improve customer relationships. For this job, the Quality Manager will frequently collaborate and have great relationships with the purchasing teams while on-site at the Detroit location.
Detroit Quality Manager Job Opening
- The Quality Manager must consistently audit quality processes and procedures in effort to remedy existing quality products that different company problems may have.
- The Quality Manager will set performance metrics for all subordinate quality staff while on site at the Detroit plant.
- The Quality Manager will also ensure that all quality audits are performed and that the company is adhering to manufacturing best practices.
- This role must also present upper management with progress reports based on quality systems and progress that each product is undergoing.
- The Quality Manager must make sure that all audits are being performed.
Quality Manager (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:
- The Quality Manager is required to have a 4-year degree from an accredited school.
- APQP and PPAP experience are essential for this job.
- A minimum of 6 years experience while on the job are required.
- TS audit experience is required.
