The Quality Engineer should also have familiarity with customer contact, production part approval process (PPAP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), measurement system analysis (MSA), advanced product quality planning (APQP), failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), quality of service (QOS), Eight Disciplines problem solving, among other concepts.
