  • A four year degree in business or engineering from an accredited institution.
  • At least five years of engineering, product development, or technical sales experience.
  • Experience selling metal or plastic components.

  • Driven, self-motivated, able to work with little direction.
  • Familiar with product costing, automotive sourcing, as well as quality standards
  • Able to travel up to 40%.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A demonstrated understanding of automotive materials and selling to OEMs as well as Tier 1 suppliers.
  • A proven history of manufacturing sales.
  • Good computer skills, able to use basic office software such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, able to work with little to now direction and drive productivity in others.
  • Flexible to frequent changes.
  • Able to travel as necessary.
