Atlanta, Georgia Operations Manager Job Opening 

  • Will be charged with leading the distributions operations team, both hourly and salaried employees, in creating a safe and efficient working environment. 
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the shipping and receiving of merchandise. 
  • Utilize KPIs to determine where improvements need to be made, coaching and guiding employees to meet performance metrics. 
  • Guide employees in providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. 
  • Plan labor schedules around peaks and valleys of facility needs. 

Operations Manager (Atlanta, Georgia Area) Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Develop prototypes and perform testing for both market focus groups as well as internal evaluations.
  • Ensure that newly developed products meet company standards and function as intended.
  • Assist the manufacturing department in all relevant documentation from initial concept through qualification. This may include trials, testing, and measurement related documentation.
  • Ensure that product safety and performance standards are met.

  • At least three years of SAP ERP experience.
  • Certified Quality Engineer would be preferred, Six Sigma certification with multiple project experience also acceptable.
