The Supplier Development Engineer, based in the Atlanta area, will be responsible for leading all purchasing related activities. This job will be responsible for sourcing the necessary raw materials for production purposes. The Atlanta based Supplier Development Engineer will also fill a continuous improvement role. This job will utilize market analyses and evaluations to continually improve the supply base. This job will also be responsible for contract negotiation with new suppliers and create supplier information packages which can be shared with other departments within the company. The Atlanta area Supplier Development Manager will also perform follow-ups to ensure that supplier agreements are being fulfilled.

- This role also requires experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior experience with precision machining or stamping will be especially useful.
- The Supplier Development Engineer should have extensive knowledge and experience in negotiations and contract management, supplier selection, and procurement strategies.
