Los Angeles Customer Service Supervisor Job Opening
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high performance, customer service- oriented work environment.
- Ensures that goals and objectives are met at the end of each day.
- Prioritizes, assigns, evaluates, and supervises the work of all Customer Service representatives.
- Writes and conducts formal performance appraisals; participates in a variety of personal actions for employees including training, promotion, discipline and termination.
- Maintains the daily schedule to ensure complete coverage for our customer base.
Customer Service Supervisor (Los Angeles area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.
- Must have 5+ years in a customer service leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
