Rapid City Sr. Contracts Specialist Job Opening 

  • Lead the generation and administration of complex procurements in support of project goals. 
  • Liaise with potential bidders to further ensure the integrity of the procurement process. 
  • Monitor contract document expiration dates to provide a timely follow-up with customers. 
  • Compose procurement requests for assets that require DOE approval prior to purchase. 
  • Identify and propose procurement process improvement opportunities. 

Sr. Contracts Specialist (Rapid City area) Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in contracts management or a related field is required for this role. 
  • At least 3 years of previous contracts administration experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and administering Architecture/Engineering or construction contracts. 
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR 200).
