  • A four year degree in business, supply chain, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least five to sever years of experience in a sourcing role.
  • At least three to four years of experience in a management role.
  • Proven history of contract negotiation.
  • Excellent persuasion and influence skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • APICS certification would be preferable for this position.
  • A proven history of successful change management and project management.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
