Roswell Project Manager Overview:
The Project Manager will primarily oversee all elements within the construction process through implementing and monitoring budgets, supervising recruitment, and managing client relationships. The Roswell Project Manager will also secure the necessary licenses and obtain materials and resources as needed. In addition, he or she will interface with all active members of the project including but not limited to subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the duration of the project to ensure the adherence to scope as well as budgetary and quality guidelines. Also, the Roswell Project Manager will perform construction site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and will subsequently perform assessments to identify risks. A major responsibility of the Project Manager will be remaining in constant contact with clients, both current and potential, to ensure that the project is being accomplished according to predetermined guidelines.

- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc) is highly preferred for this job.
