Chicago PMO Analyst Overview:

Predominantly, the PMO Analyst will contribute to all operations of the company’s project management office to ensure all projects are on schedule and that employees are meeting daily productivity goals. The PMO Analyst will be expected to utilize their excellent communication skills when collaborating with several departmental teams and conducting meetings to report the status of projects. Additionally, he or she will assist project managers in reviewing strategies and project methodologies and designing improved processes. Often, the PMO Analyst will be responsible for conducting workshops and forums geared toward understanding and fulfilling customer needs by implementing newly-gained insight into process development.

Chicago PMO Analyst Job Opening 

  • The primary responsibility of the Chicago PMO Analyst is to provide support to the project management office by contributing to the completion of project objectives and the coordination of project scheduling.
  • Also, he or she will be responsible for aiding project managers in performing assessments of processing strategies and utilizing that data to develop improved procedures and methodologies.
  • The Chicago PMO Analyst will also organize customer forums to identify and satisfy their requirements and use that insight to design upgraded processes.
  • The PMO Analyst will also be tasked with employing their interpersonal communication skills to work cross-functionally with team members from different departments to convey progress updates for projects.
  • There is minimal travel outside of Chicago, Illinois that is required for this job.
