Green Bay Process Engineer Overview:
The Green Bay Process Engineer will develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing systems within the facility. The Green Bay Process Engineer will work to streamline manufacturing processes, eliminate waste, and optimize systems. The Green Bay Process Engineer will also partner with quality engineering staff to identify issues in the manufacturing systems. The Green Bay Process Engineer will take part in continuous improvement events in the facility.
Green Bay Process Engineer Job Opening:
- The Green Bay Process Engineer will develop manufacturing systems to meet production goals as well as maintain and improving manufacturing systems.
- Consistently seek to identify areas of improvement within the manufacturing system.
- Work with product development teams to develop manufacturing systems for new products.
- The Green Bay Process Engineer will work with management to select equipment to be utilized in manufacturing systems.
- Assist in the investigation of quality issues, develop alternative processes to solve issues.
- Take part in continuous improvement and lean events within the facility.
- The Green Bay Process Engineer will also participate in conferences and training.
Process Engineer (Green Bay Area) Job Requirements:
- A four-year degree in engineering or another technical field from an accredited institution.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role.
- At least three years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Lean or Six Sigma training and certification would be beneficial for this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage many projects at once.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Exceptional mathematical skills.
