  • Knowledge of quality systems and leading continuous improvement activities.  
  • Lead and mentor improvement teams and delegate manufacturing responsibilities to improve plant production.  
  • Develop and maintain analytical reports in the AR data environments, including Oracle Business.  
  • Support and develop all quality AS9100 analytical report requirements as needed.

Continuous Improvement Specialist (Southern Arkansas Area) Job Requirements:   

  • Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
