The greater Chicago, Illinois area Project Engineer is responsible for designing repairs for company products and analyzing data to create specifications and procedures for other employees. The Chicago, Illinois Project Engineer should be prepared to work independently and alongside teams of employees on project related tasks. This job has a strong emphasis on communication, analytical, and collaborative skills. This individual should be able to work with vendors, customers and suppliers to support various projects for the facility. Project Engineer (Chicago Area) Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, is required for this job.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in an engineering position is needed.
  • Experience with engineering drawings and 3D CAD modeling is required.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills are needed.
  • 20% travel is required for project related needs.
