Regularly review and refine supply chain and purchasing processes.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements, identifying and qualifying new suppliers in collaboration with relevant departments.
Maintain robust, positive relationships with suppliers and ensure customer satisfaction through timely product deliveries.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage the department’s day-to-day operations, scheduling, and workflow.
Mentor and develop the procurement, inventory, shipping, and receiving teams.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s Degree in Engineering, related disciplines, or an MBA.
At least three years of experience in supply chain management is essential.
Experience in engineering within the semiconductor, electronics, or science-based manufacturing industries is required, with supply chain management experience in these industries being highly desirable.
