  • For this job, the Production Manager will head up continuous improvement projects and kaizen events onsite at the Birmingham, Alabama plant.
  • The Production manager will contribute to equipment maintenance at the Birmingham, Alabama plant.
  • There is little travel outside of Birmingham, Alabama required for this job.
  • The Production Manager will take on any additional jobs as assigned by the Director of Manufacturing.
Production Manager (Birmingham Area) Job Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Kaizen or six sigma certifications are a plus for this job.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in a high-volume manufacturing environment, is a plus for this job.
