Nashua Project Manager Overview:

The Nashua Project Manager will lead in preparing the construction plan. Additionally the Nashua Project Manager will work with the team to determine the budget, scope, construction schedule, design, and quality standards. The Nashua Project Manager will partner with consultants as well as internal marketing teams to create marketing and public relations plans for websites, social media, as well as traditional marketing tools.
Relay information to the owner on all assigned projects.
Identify all key players in the project, managing and engaging all owners, architects, hotel operators, engineers, consultants, and contractors as necessary to plan the project.
The Nashua Project Manager will create, organize, and ensure completion of project performance standards, scope, budget, and schedule for the project.
Ensure contracts and purchase orders are completed to meet all project requirements.

Project Manager (Nashua Area) Job Requirements:

A four year degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field.
Previous experience as project manager on construction jobs with budgets ranging from one to thirty million.
Comfortable overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
Proven history of leadership of construction teams to meet performance standards.
Familiarity leading both renovation and new construction projects.
Familiarity creating conceptual pricing models.
Ability to create value engineering reviews, construction estimation reviews, and reviews of architectural plans.
Ability to provide accurate reports of project status.
Familiar with Microsoft office, Microsoft Project, and other software.
