Under that director, the factory is organized into value streams for different product lines. The Houston, Texas Manufacturing Manager will operate one of these value streams as though it were its own small business.

  • The Manufacturing Manager will manage the manufacturing value stream for various job orders.
  • Identify and meet all staffing needs for the value stream.

  • Exceptional ability to manage several tasks for multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated job experience of using creativity skills to solve problems.
  • A clear understanding of Lean Six Sigma, preferably some level of training in Lean Six Sigma.
