Position Responsibilities

Production Oversight

  • Provide procurement insights and data to aid in enterprise decision-making

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Mitigate supply chain risks by developing contingency plans and monitoring supplier performance
  • Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Identify and support opportunities for professional development and training within the team

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, global sourcing initiatives
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

  • CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
  • CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
