Position Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement & Development

Prerequisites

  • 2–10 years’ experience in a high-speed engineering or operational environment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD tools)
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks
  • Experience programming and troubleshooting FANUC robots (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in Allen Bradley PLCs (or comparable control systems)

Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager to lead business development efforts and manage key accounts within the high-performance hose sector, particularly in the U.S. transportation market. This is a strategic sales role for a motivated professional who excels in customer relationship management, technical sales, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work directly with leadership to identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and technical expertise.

This position requires regular client engagement, travel to industry trade shows, and collaboration with internal teams through virtual and in-person meetings. You will play a critical role in executing the company’s growth strategy and building a strong presence in competitive markets.

Position Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and global sales teams to target high-potential prospects and markets.

Account Management

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with major clients to drive repeat business.
  • Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal departments such as Engineering, Production, and Quality.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

  • Resolve issues related to quality, logistics, and supply chain with professionalism and urgency.
  • Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer audits.

Sales Reporting & Tools

  • Use ERP and CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and report on performance.
  • Access customer portals to gather and analyze essential information for decision-making.

Travel & Representation

  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to engage with customers and attend trade events.
  • Participate in management meetings to report on KPIs, metrics, and sales initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Interpret technical documents such as safety rules and operational procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory standards.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales, ideally in rubber products, hose, or within the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong command of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and written communications to diverse audiences.
  • A valid driver’s license, passport, and a clean driving record.
  • Must have access to a personal credit card for travel expenses.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

  • Certified Sales Executive (CSE)
  • Technical Sales Certification (TSC)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Operations Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where urgency and accuracy are critical. This role supports the flow of goods in a global supply chain by coordinating shipments, managing communication across departments, and contributing to product sourcing and logistics strategy. Unlike traditional logistics roles, this position requires someone who sees the big picture—someone who understands how timing, quality, and vendor coordination directly impact business performance.

This is a high-visibility role ideal for individuals with a background in sourcing, supply chain operations, or product coordination—especially those accustomed to time-sensitive industries like food & beverage or agriculture. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, not afraid to pick up the phone, and capable of adapting to shifting circumstances quickly and effectively.

Position Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

  • Oversee the movement of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to maintain smooth logistics operations.
  • Track shipments and troubleshoot issues related to customs, scheduling, and carrier performance.

Product Sourcing Support

  • Assist in identifying alternative suppliers in the event of shortages or delays.
  • Collaborate with purchasing to support supplier negotiations and evaluate sourcing alternatives.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Serve as the key liaison between operations, sales, procurement, and customer service.
  • Provide timely updates and status reports to internal teams and stakeholders.

Forecasting & Risk Awareness

  • Support forecasting and inventory planning activities in collaboration with procurement and sales.
  • Monitor global trade trends, seasonal impacts, and supply risks, offering recommendations when issues arise.

Technical Product Understanding

  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of product specifications and handling requirements.
  • Work closely with technical and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet internal standards.

Prerequisites

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or sourcing roles
  • Exposure to logistics, purchasing, or global trade within industries such as agriculture, food & beverage, or consumer goods
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; not afraid to make calls and drive initiatives forward
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think ahead and problem-solve effectively

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt
