We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations within a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment. Position Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Quality
- Identify, lead, and execute high-impact process improvement projects across warehouse, logistics, and customer care
- Establish and maintain quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product handling, storage, and order execution
- Monitor key operational performance indicators and implement corrective actions to enhance execution and consistency
Systems & Implementation
- Lead the planning, execution, and adoption of warehouse management systems (WMS) or related supply chain technologies
- Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure successful rollout and user adoption of new tools and processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design scalable workflows and maintain data integrity within operational systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a thought partner to functional leaders, providing operational expertise to improve daily execution
- Support development of scalable, tech-enabled workflows across order release, fulfillment, and customer support
- Lead business operations initiatives that support overall supply chain performance and customer satisfaction
Prerequisites
- 3 to 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, supply chain, or operations management
- Proven track record leading WMS or system implementations in multi-site environments
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and best practices in inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credentials
