Position Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4 engineers, with potential expansion to 6–8
  • Motivate and engage technical contributors to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Process Optimization & Statistical Analysis

  • Apply SPC (Statistical Process Control), DOE (Design of Experiments), and Process Capability Analysis to optimize processes
  • Interpret and apply statistical data, not just collect it, to drive process improvements
  • Use statistical tools early in production introduction to validate and stabilize processes before scaling

Product Introduction & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee smooth transitions of new product designs into manufacturing
