- Ensure that the short term needs are met while building toward the long term goals.
- Develop a strategy with a scalable infrastructure to minimize transit time without expanding expenses over time.
- The Orlando Supply Chain Director will establish vendor needs and work to exceed customer expectations through expanding ecommerce availability while building to retail distribution for the Omnichannel initiatives.
- Ensure that all strategies focus on the customer within the short and long term.
- Interface with personnel across departments in order to align goals and strategies throughout the organization. Gather input to modify the strategy.

Supply Chain Director (Orlando Area) Job Requirements:
- Eight to ten years of experience in consumer goods or retail operations.
- Ecommerce experience is an absolute necessity.
- Previous experience overseeing multiple operations functions.
- Excellent planning skills, able to develop and deploy strategies.
- Proven history of successful project management.
- Strong understanding of business finances.
- Able to anticipate and predict customer needs.
- Proven history of deploying continuous improvement programs.
- Understanding of software systems and communicate with technical professional on the subject.
- Familiar with E-Commerce shipping software as well as Shipping Application Programming Interface.
- Previous experience in negotiating rates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, able to motivate and influence others.
