We are seeking a results-driven Executive Search Consultant to identify, attract, and recruit highly qualified executive and senior-level professionals for a variety of organizations. This role will manage the executive search process from client intake and candidate sourcing through assessment, presentation, negotiation, and placement while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Position Responsibilities

Executive Search & Recruitment

Lead executive search assignments from initial engagement through successful placement.
Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements, organizational culture, and leadership needs.
Identify and engage qualified executive-level candidates through research, networking, referrals, and targeted sourcing.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the search process.
Provide regular updates regarding search progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
Develop a strong understanding of client organizations and their long-term hiring needs.

Candidate Development

Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber executives and industry professionals.
Present opportunities professionally and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
Guide candidates through interviews, offer negotiations, and the placement process.
Maintain an active network of potential candidates for current and future searches.

Market Research & Business Development

Conduct market research to identify talent pools, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship development.
Participate in industry events and professional networking activities.
Contribute to strategies that expand client relationships and search opportunities.

Search Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate candidate and client records within recruitment and CRM systems.
Track search activity, candidate progress, and placement metrics.
Prepare candidate presentations and search reports for clients.
Ensure searches are managed efficiently and professionally from start to finish.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience in executive search, recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and engage senior-level talent.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of professional markets.
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency with CRM, applicant tracking, and recruiting technology.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
Other relevant recruiting or human resources certifications.
