The Supply Chain Director will meet regularly with the executive team to address company concerns and develop new strategies.

- The Philadelphia Supply Chain Director will work to consistently improve the company’s supply chain and customer service metrics.
- Meet regularly with direct reports to strategize new ways to better meet customer needs in a more efficient manner.
- Work with third party warehouse partners to improve the supply chain network.
- The Philadelphia Supply Chain Director will oversee procurement practices in order to cut costs where able.
- Develop and improve the policies and procedures of the supply chain department to streamline communication and performance.
- Maintain knowledge of new strategies and tactics for e-commerce fulfillment.
- The Philadelphia Supply Chain Director will meet with the executive team to develop new supply chain initiatives.
- Take part in the selection and hiring of new staff for the supply chain department.
- Provide direct reports with yearly evaluations as well as consistent feedback.
Supply Chain Director (Philadelphia Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree from an accredited institution in the field of supply chain, business, or a related field.
- A Masters degree in the field of supply chain or business would be beneficial for this position.
- At least 8 years of progressive, related experience.
- Experience managing both direct and indirect reports.
- Familiar with developing a supply chain for an E-Commerce company.
- Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification would be a plus for this job.
- A high level of energy and motivation, able to remain positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
